At Chocolate Works, we modernized kitchens and baths with durable, stylish finishes and created a model unit inspired by Olde City’s arts scene. Furnished entirely from IKEA for $7,000, the model showcased how prospective tenants could replicate the look with ease, combining vibrant design with affordability.
