CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Develop overall design concept for the space(s).

Create concept boards for client’s approval.

Use measurements attained at initial meeting to create rough plan.

Develop sketches of space for client’s approval.
Documentation
STAGE THREE

DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS

Produce detailed construction documents, which include structural, mechanical, and finish drawings.

Compile all finish and product specifications needed for purchasing.
Implementation

PERMITS & CONSTRUCTION

Drawings will be submitted for permits.

Construction begins.

NEI will be available for consultation during construction.
STAGE FIVE

PURCHASING

During the permit phase all purchasing will be done.

Fixtures needed for construction will be delivered to the site.

Furniture and other finish items will be held by a receiver and delivered on installation day.

Lead times can range from two to 12+ weeks.
