For Trinity Row, an 18-unit property in Logan Square, we designed full kitchen and bath upgrades, custom closets, and refreshed finishes throughout. Neutral palettes, quartz counters, and vertical wood-grain cabinetry maximized appeal and functionality, while a 30-day turnaround per unit ensured seamless transitions for incoming residents.
